On Wednesday March 30th, 2016 at 16:00 in room 2E23 we are having Cambridge’s Acting Fire Platoon Chief Brad Churchill in as a guest speaker. Brad will be focusing on “Life Behind the Scenes of a First Responder: Dealing with PTSD”. Due to the alarming increase in first responder suicides we are looking to promote mental health awareness with our students at Conestoga. Please join us as we complete a deep dive of what it is like behind the scenes of being a first responder; PTSD, grieving civilians, dealing with violent offenders, and other topics that are not generally discussed in course content.
